Injuries can occur because of a product that is unreasonably dangerous. The product can be unreasonably dangerous because it is improperly designed, improperly manufactured, or contains insufficient warning or instructions for the proper use of the product. The mere fact that a product fails does not automatically mean that there is a claim for product liability against the manufacturer. Once again, it takes an experienced legal mind to understand the dynamics of a potential claim for product liability. The manufacturer and/or seller of a defective product can be held financially responsible and accountable for the injuries their product causes. However it takes an appropriate case and someone who knows what they are doing.
